Regardless of whether the website you're checking the tracking number on is functioning or not, rest assured that your shipment has been processed from the moment you received the shipping confirmation email from us, and you will receive your package within the timeframe mentioned on this page.

 

Is it possible to update the shipping address for my order?

We cannot be held responsible if an incorrect address is entered during checkout. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are accurate when placing your order.

 

I suspect that my package may have been stolen or lost during transit. What steps should I take in this situation?

If the tracking number for your package shows that it has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your property, or mailroom. Additionally, consider reaching out to neighbors in case someone accepted the package on your behalf or it was delivered to the wrong address. We suggest waiting for 2 business days to see if the package is redelivered by the carrier. If the package is still not found or redelivered after this time, please contact your local post office directly to file a claim. You can initiate the claim process with your local courier by providing them with your tracking information. Once you've filed a claim, please wait for their response before contacting us.
