Also, if your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact these 4 courier services directly to determine where your package is. Provide them with your details, including full name, address, and the latest tracking number.

We have a 30 day guarantee if the product fails to arrive or arrives damaged! All sales are otherwise final.
If any of the Ozzy Mozzie products fail to arrive or arrive damaged, please send us an email to ozzyrefunds@ozzymozzie.com with the proper evidence provided (picture or video of the damaged product outside of the box or your tracking number, and your order number). After evaluation, our team will determine whether the right to a refund has been fulfilled.
Refund will be considered exclusively and only if sent to the email ozzyrefunds@ozzymozzie.com and if proper evidence for refund is provided in the email (picture or the video of the damaged product outside of the box or your tracking number, and your order number).
Defective Product
We're incredibly confident in the quality of our product. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at ozzyrefunds@ozzymozzie.com with proof of the defective product (picture or video of the damaged product outside of the box, and your order number). Emails for defective product must be sent within 30 days of delivery of the product.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Once an order is in our system, it can’t be edited and we can’t usually stop our warehouse from completing the shipping process once it has started. If we manage to prevent your order from being dispatched, we will cancel it. We advise that it's best to be sure you want to order the product before placing your order. Otherwise, we can't guarantee we'll be able to cancel your order.
